Return policy:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to provide you with store credit if the below requirements are met:

The item is in unworn and in brand new condition, accompanied by the original packaging:

  • The item has no marks or scratches.
  • The item is returned to us within 7 days of delivery date.
  • The item was not purchased on sale.
  • Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/change of mind for hygiene reasons

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We only offer store credit.
  • There may be delays during busy periods. As soon as we receive your return and have assessed the piece/s, our team will contact you via email with an update on the success of your return.
  • Store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a code which you can use to repurchase another item on our website.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • All return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
  • Day In May reserves the right to refuse returns in unsatisfactory condition.
    All sale items are final sale. 

Faulty items:

Each order is packed carefully with love and care, however in the unlikely case that an item is delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund on the basis the below requirements are met:

  • You contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a explanation of
    the fault and attached photos of the issue.
  • Once your claim has been reviewed by our team and if the piece
    is deemed faulty, we will process your refund promptly.
  • Once your refund has been approved, you will be notified by email (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account).
