Warranty

Following the care instructions will help your jewellery maintain its brightness and shine for years of wear. It is important to take proper care to ensure your jewellery will last as long as possible.

All Day In May pieces come with a 3 month warranty against manufacturing faults and defects (this does not include oxidisation of pieces).

If your jewellery is damaged due to a manufacturing fault, we will gladly offer you an exchange or full refund (as long as all pieces are returned in the original packaging)

Due to the materials used, oxidisation can occur over time. It can also occur if you have not followed our jewellery care instructions. If this is the case, a refund will not be issued.

If on the rare occasion your jewellery arrives damaged (issues with clasps, chains, claws etc), we will do our best to repair the jewellery and sent it back to you. Any piece returned under warranty will be assessed to determine the cause of the fault/issue. It may take up to 4-8 weeks for a replacement to be sent back to you.
