1. Promoter

The promoter is Day In May, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (“Promoter”).


2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.


3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at the time of posting and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 9 February 2026.
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

Major Prize (Prize 1) Entry

To enter the Major Prize draw, entrants must:

  1. Place a completed and paid order with Day In May during the promotion period
  2. Follow @dayinmay.au on Instagram or TikTok
  3. Like the giveaway post
  4. Tag at least one friend in the comments


Mini Prize (Prizes 2, 3 & 4) Entry

To enter the Mini Prize draws, entrants must:

  1. Follow @dayinmay.au on Instagram
  2. Like the giveaway post
  3. Tag a friend in the comments
    • 1 comment = 1 entry
    • Unlimited entries permitted


6. Entry Conditions

  • Entries must comply with all instructions outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
  • Automated, bulk or third-party entries are not permitted.
  • For Prize 1, only orders placed and paid in full during the promotion period qualify as valid entries.


7. Winner Selection

  • This promotion is a game of chance.
  • Winners will be drawn at random on 10 February 2026 at the Promoter’s Brisbane HQ.
  • One (1) Major Prize winner and three (3) Mini Prize winners will be selected.


8. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the draw.
  • Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
  • If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn.


9. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • Product availability may vary. If an item is unavailable, it will be substituted with an item of equal or greater value.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect sizing selections made by the winner.


10. Returns & Refunds – Giveaway Orders

Orders placed during the Valentine’s Day Giveaway promotion period are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, including but not limited to incorrect sizing, colour preference or personal preference.

This does not limit or exclude any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


11. Delivery

  • Prizes will be shipped within Australia only.
  • Shipping costs are covered by the Promoter.
  • The Promoter is not responsible for delays or loss caused by third-party delivery services.


12. Privacy

  • Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion.
  • Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  • Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information.


13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


14. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, entrants release Instagram from all responsibility.


15. Promoter’s Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of entries
  • Disqualify entries that breach these Terms & Conditions
  • Cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances
